Setpoint was born from my own frustration as a beach tennis player. Every tournament I joined felt unnecessarily chaotic: mistakes in brackets, late updates, clunky payments, and unclear communication. What should be a fun competition often turned into a messy experience.

Setpoint was born from my own frustration as a beach tennis player. Every tournament I joined felt unnecessarily chaotic: mistakes in brackets, late updates, clunky payments, and unclear communication. What should be a fun competition often turned into a messy experience.

That raised a key question: was this just my perception, or a widespread pain across players and organizers? The more I listened, the more it became obvious: beach tennis is booming, but the tools to manage it haven’t kept up. There’s a real gap between the growing demand for tournaments and the outdated way they’re run today.

Setpoint has completed its secound round of user testing with four potential customers. These sessions provided valuable insights into both the usability and value of the solution.

Users responded positively the core features, especially those that automate repetitive tasks and show participant status clearly. Automatic payment reminders and real-time confirmation tracking were praised for saving time and reducing errors.

These outcomes helped validate that Setpoint is solving real pain points for arena managers, confirming that the product is moving in the right direction.
