Redesign
The Clube Villefort app was restructured through research, user feedback, and design refinements. The process simplified key flows and enhanced visibility of savings, creating a clearer and more consistent experience for customers.
In the redesign, I saw an opportunity to simplify the Offers section and make savings more visible. To test this, I ran a usability session with 10 users on Clube Villefort. The alternative flow (after) proved 31% more efficient in finding and adding an offer to the cart, showing how small changes can improve the user journey.

Inspired by traditional fairs, the Offers section was redesigned to feel familiar and fluid. Instead of a cluttered digital list, users now navigate promotions as if browsing a physical leaflet, making it easier to spot savings and choose products
This metaphor simplifies the flow, increases clarity, and connects the experience to the essence of shopping.
A smoother checkout that
adds more value
The cart checkout flow was designed to be simple, intuitive, and familiar. While ensuring a frictionless purchase, it also introduces relevant upsell suggestions based on the items in the cart.
This balances efficiency with value, helping users complete their shopping seamlessly while discovering products that complement their choices.

Designing for today
while preparing for tomorrow
At checkout, users currently select only the pickup option, aligned with Villefort’s operational strategy. However, delivery is displayed as a disabled choice, signaling future possibilities.
This approach not only keeps the interface consistent but also helps measure user interest, generating insights for upcoming expansions.
Disclaimer
This is a self-initiated project and not professionally associated with Clube Villefort. The perspectives shared here are solely my own, based on heuristic analysis and user observation. As I did not have access to full internal data, this case study is not exhaustive and should not be seen as an official proposa
The current step of this project is sharing the study with someone at the company to provide a more complete showcase — and ultimately, further improve the experience of current app users.
